Transparency of Healthcare Claims Data

For the Sterling Medical healthcare plan, Sterling Medical makes available the prior claims data. Data made available includes both of the following:

  1. applicable rates for in-network providers that have been utilized, for prior claims.
  2. allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out of network providers under the Sterling Medical plan.

Data is made available through United Medical Resources (“UMR”), our plan administrator. Data available is in a machine readable format to capture prior claims data.

Date is available for all members of the Sterling healthcare plan, including spouses and dependent children as well as eligible employees. The data that is available is accessible to all and no authentication is required.
