Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies (a) the rights or obligations of Sterling or the United States under any federal contract, (b) any rights of an applicant or employee under federal employment, civil-rights, or whistleblower laws (including 41 U.S.C. §4712), or (c) any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the updated Terms here. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
